Gwen Chambers graduated with a BComm from the University of British Columbia in 1988. Gwen attended University of Victoria where she obtained her Law Degree in 1991 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1992.

Gwen commenced employment at Somers and Company in 2007 and has practiced insurance defence law since that time.
