Pinder completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Victoria, and obtained her law degree from the University of Birmingham. Pinder further obtained her Masters in Law from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining Somers Poulin Hall, she articled in family law. At Somers Poulin Hall Pinder primarily practices in child protection and family law. Pinder is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia.
